How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • You will conduct thorough investigations of suspicious transactions and merchant behavior including fraud detection and basic AML investigations
  • You will review transactions alert as per monitoring procedures

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent communication skills as this role will require you to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Strong documentation and organization skills to clearly and accurately articulate analysis performed
  • Comfortable with completing repetitive tasks for long periods of time
  • Strong knowledge of Merchant onboarding, Fraud servicing or Credit servicing

  • Diploma and above
