Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist the Sales and Marketing team in promotional marketing via email & whatsapp, coordinating with customers, and supporting sales operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within the retail and interior furnishing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Tasks

  1. Prepare customer list, contact & promote our services via email & whatsapp.

  2. Assist in following up with leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.

  3. Maintain proper records of customer data and feedback.

Administrative Support

  1. Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  2. Assist in preparation of documents for sales purposes

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

  2. Basic knowledge and usage of Google Doc / Microsoft Words and Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.

  3. Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  4. Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  5. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools is a plus.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
