Job description & responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, filing system (physical & digital) and record updates for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in tender arrangement and documentation, including follow-up with consultants for tender and construction plans.
  • Assist in preparation of contract documents, quotations, cost comparison and reports.
  • Support in cost estimation, progress claims and variation order preparation.
  • Performing quantity take-offs from drawings, plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with projects teams, consultants and contractors for contract-related matters.
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates and deliverables.
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies between tender drawings and construction drawings that may affect quantities and costs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, ie Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
  • Preferable working experience in handling similar work task
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
