About the Role

We are expanding our regional team and looking for an experienced, self-driven, and commercially confident Account Manager (Cybersecurity) to support our growing portfolio across Singapore and Malaysia.

You'll be part of a collaborative team and work with various internal stakeholders to manage client accounts, coordinate project activities, and initiate channel partnership opportunities that support our business growth.

We don't expect you to be highly technical; what matters is clear communication, strong organisation, and a steady, solution-focused approach when supporting clients.

The role is best suited for someone who communicates with confidence, takes initiative to move discussions forward, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, and dynamic environment that values structured follow-ups and meaningful contribution to both account and partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Support clients throughout the sales journey, from initial discussions to closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Identify potential opportunities within existing accounts and support simple upsell/cross-sell discussions.
  • Initiate channel partnership discussions and drive relationship-building activities with potential partners.
  • Take ownership of proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including CRM records, pipelines, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the continuity of ongoing client engagements through timely communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with partner/channel engagement is a plus, including the ability to initiate discussions or opportunities.
  • Ability to pick up new information quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
