JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager is an integral role directly responsible for the achievement of the account management plan and objectives for the client, GP Growth, Profit Control (bad debts) and day-to-day operations. The role includes:

· Monitoring the daily deliveries and services level of the staff in line with the company values and service excellence objectives to meet clients' quality and responsiveness expectations.

· Develop the account management plan within the context of Company's account management strategy.

· Develop, implement, and maintain account management strategies, which includes call cycle as per business requirement, effective and reliable process for the sharing of client business intelligence.

· Manage the relationship between clients and Operations.

· Responsible for the creation and communication of a clear and accessible escalation process for both internal related and client related matters

· Facilitate periodical operations / service reviews as per contractual compliance.

· Maintain comprehensive project plans for internal and client-based activities.

· Work with client's management and staff to ensure a smooth roll-out of all key functions.

· Regularly review and report on performance, forecasts, and trends

· Analyze customer concerns and issues, including responsibility for solving client complaints & respond quickly to requests.

· Conduct operational reviews/meetings with the Account Management team monthly.

· Understand clients' HR solution requirements and goals and propose Manpower Value-added solutions to the client.

· Prepare proposal for the local submission of regional/local tenders, bids.

· Prepare proposals and presentations in line with the regional account strategy.

· Manage employee relations for field staff including recruiting, training, and rewarding performance management.

· Ensuring Manpower best practice is always adhered to.

· Ensuring Manpower's professional image is portrayed at all times through own and team's appearance and manner.

· Maintaining regular contact with main clients to ensure full business potential is realised

· Monitoring quality of service, including quality of applicants, to all clients to reduce vulnerability to competitor activity.

· Addressing any problems quickly and maintaining regular face-to-face contact with the clients

· Acquire business opportunities within designated accounts and build continued rapport with existing buying influences through planned service visits.

· Conduct business networking through a series of relevant activities pertaining to designated accounts to raise brand awareness.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

This role is focused on continuous Revenue and Gross profit growth by identifying potential B2B clients, understanding their needs, designing suitable solutions, submitting proposals, conducting presentations, and ultimately closing deals. The role requires continuous market expansion and the establishment of profitable partnerships with new clients through strong interpersonal and communication skills, marketing, and strategic analysis, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Tertiary education in a business discipline

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/account management of large national or regional accounts with a track record of growing and maintaining of such accounts

· Demonstrate good negotiating and strong customer service skills.

· Account management experience – delivering complex client solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
