ACCOUNT MANAGER

We're seeking an energetic and innovative Account Manager to be part of our team, based at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in managing a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

  2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management accounts.

  3. Manage and monitor site accounts, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.

  4. Coordinate with Property and Facility Management teams to track income, expenses, and budget performance for each site.

  5. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support management decision-making.

  6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

  7. Review and approve staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment vouchers.

  8. Supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

  9. Ensure timely renewal of company licences, insurance policies, and statutory submissions.

  10. Provide financial advice and support to management to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* Proven experience in Facility/Property Management.

* Proficient in handling a full set of accounts.

* Ability to oversee and manage site accounts effectively.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the Property or Facility Management sector.

* Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.

* Experience using accounting software (e.g., SQL, Advelsoft, UBS, or similar).

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal departments and external parties.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Working hours :

Monday to Saturday

Expected salary : RM 4, RM 5,000.00 based experienced

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
