Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate financial reports.
  • Support daily finance and administrative operations.
  • Assist in E-Invoice processes, ensuring proper documentation and system accuracy.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff when required.
  • Perform reconciliation task.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks for compliance matters.
  • Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proactive, independent, and well-organized with great time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
