About the role

The Marketing cum Administrative Executive reports directly to the General Manager and Managing Director, and supports the Group's growth. This dual-role position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement, as well as supporting daily operations. You are required to report to office. Occasional overseas traveling for meetings / events and training may be required.

This role is on a one-year contract basis and renewed annually. Contract staff entitles to the same benefits as permanent staff.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Marketing / Branding

●       Plan and implement integrated campaigns to strengthen company brand awareness and drive business growth.

●       Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including content creation, posting schedules, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

●       Design visual assets and marketing collateral such as brochures, fact sheets, digital greetings, and tender/marketing presentations.

●       Copy writing for visual assets and social media postings

●       Manage and refresh company website

●       Capture and edit photos or videos of projects, events, and company milestones for digital and offline use.

●       Organise and maintain marketing assets (e.g., photo/video libraries, boilerplates, pitch decks).

●       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

●       Track and report key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of branding effort.

●       Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis, where required.

●       Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Administrative

●       Preparation of quotations, follow up with client on the quotations, record of confirmed quotations and tracking of the order books

●       Support country head in the management of the Malaysia office include but not limited to procurement and office maintenance.

●       Other ad hoc duties may assigned.
