Job Scope

"1.Participate in the setup / improvement of the environment / application monitoring tool (e.g. GENEOS, etc.)

2.Monitor environments are up / healthy and alert the team of issues.

3.Manage batch job setup request from developers for open system SIT and UAT (e.g. RIM).

  • Ensure all batch jobs request meet quality standards (adhoc / perm jobs, job output must have detailed enough error info)
  • Monitor batch jobs execution
  • Consolidate & maintain batch jobs inventory

4.Publish SIT, UAT EOD calendar to project TCOE, and coordinate within PEMS team for project requested adhoc EOD run.

5.Coordinator for project environment & connectivity setup / readiness for all Applications in the project, consolidate and publish readiness report, and perform timely escalation to Project Managers for environment & connectivity issues / delays.

6.Track environment issues via project Jira."
