Intern - Social Media/ BD/ Multimedia/ E-Commerce/ Marketing/ Design/ Logistic Supply Chain

Important Criteria: Must commit minimum 4 full months (18 weeks) internship duration.

E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Development:

• Help manage and optimize for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, SiteGiant, Webstore, etc)
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional content, copywriting and ads management
• Reply customer queries online and offline on company products
• Maintain company product catalogue up-to-date
• Conduct market research and data analysis

Social Media, Digital Multimedia:

• Assist in creating and executing engaging content for social media platforms and channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SiteGiant, etc)
• Manage social media posting, audience engagement and performance tracking
• Monitor trends and propose creative ideas for social and digital content

Graphic Design, Content Creator, Videographer Film:

• Brainstorm and manage content creation video editing, packaging design, social media postings, graphic design using tools (Canva, SiteGiant, Capcut, Adobe and etc)
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timely completion of projects

Jack-of-All-Trades Logistics, Supply Chain, HR Admin Customer Services:

• Support the day to day operations activities (WMS, ERP, Inventory system, etc)
• Coordinate with customers/suppliers/3rd party whenever requires
• Any adhoc job assigned.

Requirement:-

• Diploma/Degree in any coarse, such as Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, etc.
• Integrity, punctual, curious, willing to learn, detailed oriented and multitasking.
• If you have learn using Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Social Media platforms (Advantage)
• Important Note: Intern will be assigned to 2-4 sections on-the-job daily basis. subject to management final review and decision on individual strength and weaknesses.)

During your internship period to understand, learn, grow and contribute with the company if you have high accuracy, fast learning ability, strong critical thinking and strong problem solving skills. At other company, interns spend entire duration for 1 task but here we are different
