Job Description :

  • Act as a travel consultants and clerks provide information about travel destinations, arrange travel itineraries, obtain travel and accommodation reservations and register passengers at check-in and departure.
  • Obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers' requirements and advising them on travel arrangements;
  • Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures; Preparing itineraries;
  • Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation; Issuing tickets, boarding passes and vouchers;
  • Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas.
  • Verifying travel documentation and registering passengers and luggage at check-in and departure Preparing bills and receiving payment.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Fluency spoken and written in English & Mandarin multilingualism is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills and E-commercial awareness.
  • Working Days & hours: 5 Days (10am - 7pm) with 2 fixed off days on weekdays
