Responsibilities

  • Assist the R&D Chef in developing and testing new recipes and products.
  • Prepare raw materials, ingredients, and equipment for trials and tastings.
  • Conduct sample preparation and support sensory evaluation sessions.
  • Document and record recipe formulations, trial results, and feedback.
  • Assist in improving existing products based on quality, cost, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, GMP, and Halal standards are followed during product development.
  • Work closely with the QA/QC team to align with HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D kitchen and lab.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in culinary, food product development, or F&B manufacturing preferred.
  • Passion for food innovation and creativity.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
