Collabera are hiring an Application Support Level 1 (Japanese Speaker) to be based out of Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

We welcome local and foreign talent for this position with minimum JLPT N2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality App support and customer service to end users through effective communication (via phone, e-mail, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting

  • Resolve technical issues related to Desktop, applications, Software's.

  • Work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture

  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • As a subject matter expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users

  • Identify issues and log defects for software improvements

  • Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require.

Qualifications:

  • Able to speak English, Japanese - read and write.

  • 1-2 Years of experience under technical support of customer support environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Should be flexible to work on night shift.
