Job Description:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional clinical assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities will span providing technical support on surgical equipment, offering clinical application support across various surgeries, delivering on-site application support and training to medical professionals in hospital settings, and contributing to marketing activities under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill demonstration commitments.
  • Prepare for and attend surgical procedures, offering technical support as needed.
  • Assist in the delivery of instrument sets or medical devices to hospitals when required.
  • Conduct product and technical training sessions for customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and provide assistance to nurses or healthcare professionals during surgeries, with training provided.
  • Undertake any other related duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or irregular hours as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey clinical and product information.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
