Job Description / Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

  • Assist doctors in daily clinical duties (patient registration, triage, dispensing medication).
  • Prepare consultation and treatment rooms before each session.
  • Handle payments, billing, and medical record updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels of medical supplies.

Promotional & Customer Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact to welcome and guide patients warmly.
  • Introduce clinic packages, health screening promotions, and services to walk-in patients.
  • Support clinic marketing efforts (e.g. WhatsApp broadcasts, flyer distribution, simple social-media posts).
  • Help gather feedback and testimonials to improve patient satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage appointment bookings (manual and online).
  • Assist in inventory and monthly stock-take.
  • Record daily transactions and patient statistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Friendly, proactive, and patient-oriented personality.
  • Willing to learn both clinical and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer or WhatsApp communication skills.
  • Marketing or retail experience is a bonus.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
