Looking for Clinic Assistant

We are a chiropractic establishment located in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam

Job Scope

· Greeting and welcoming patients.

· Handling patient enquiries.

· Schedule patient appointments and remind patient of appointments.

· Provide assistance to patients such as filing up forms.

· Provide assistance to chiropractor such as handling patient flow.

· General admin duties such as filing, printing, photocopying etc.

· Maintain basic hygiene of the clinic

Requirements

· Able to read, type and speak effectively in basic English, Malay.

· Bonus to be able to converse and type in Mandarin fluently.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· No requirements for minimum education background and experiences.

· Positive and friendly attitude.

· High energy, dynamic and self driven

· Passionate about customer service and interested in health care and wellness.

· Need to work on weekend according to the chiropractor's schedule

· 3.5 days/week work days

Salary

· Salary starting from RM2,000 before EPF and SOCSO.
