Simen Utara Sdn Bhd, a trading company specializing in the distribution of general building products, is seeking a motivated Management Trainee (Marketing and Sales Administration) to join our team and support sales, credit control, and daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily sales administrative tasks, including order processing and delivery coordination

* Prepare quotations, sales reports, and handle customer correspondence

* Assist in credit control and follow up on outstanding payments

* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

* Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Professional working proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects a plus

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
