Inventory Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Record all inventory transactions accurately in the system (e.g., goods receipt, issuance, return, and adjustment).
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages, and report findings to management.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
  • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for stock movement and inventory reports.
  • Assist in planning and implementing inventory control procedures and improvements.
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and stock valuation summaries.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and data.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or material control.
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock management principles, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (ERP, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
