Technical Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resources.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Align project objectives with stakeholders and business requirements.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and guide developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
3. End-to-End Project Oversight
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance are followed.
4. Integration & Vendor Management
- Oversee integration of APIs, third-party systems, and backend services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
5. Risk, Quality & Stakeholder Management
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure product readiness.
6. Post-Launch Support
- Monitor project performance and coordinate ongoing improvements.
- Plan and deliver updates, enhancements, and system patches as needed.
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in managing software projects (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of software development processes, version control, and testing practices.
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
