Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits in areas of CSR and Quality Management System audits such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits
  • Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports
  • Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
  • Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development
  • Maintain audit related records as per company's policy
  • Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
  • Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
  • Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
  • Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
