Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in George Town. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers by providing expert advice on products, answering questions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include promoting Garmin products, managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets and goals. Additionally, the role requires ensuring the store is well-presented and inventory is well-organized.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales to achieve business goals
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships and provide a positive experience
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge to effectively educate customers about Garmin products
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in retail or consumer electronics is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service certifications are beneficial
