We are hiring a capable and driven Training & Operations Executive with minimum 2 years' experience to support and manage training programs, daily operations, and HRD Corp claims and grant applications. This role requires someone who is hands-on, organised, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Program Support & Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs.
  • Work with departments to identify training needs and prepare customised training schedules.
  • Track participant attendance, feedback, and overall training effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records, supporting documents, and evaluation reports.

2. Operations & Process Management

  • Support operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyse basic operational data and highlight areas that require improvements.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal SOPs and HRD Corp requirements.
  • Prepare training materials, slides, and documents as needed.

3. HRD Corp Claims & Grant Applications

  • Prepare, organise, and submit HRD Corp claims in accordance with guidelines.
  • Gather supporting documents from trainers, participants, and clients.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on submissions, and ensure timely approval.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and audit-ready records.

4. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with trainers, operations team, and clients for smooth delivery of programmes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for training projects.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records according to HRD Corp and company compliance standards.
  • Prepare basic reports on training performance, operational updates, and claim status.
  • Support audits, checks, and reviews when required.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training coordination, operations, HRD Corp processes, or administrative roles.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

  • Microsoft Office: Excel (basic formulas), Word, PowerPoint
  • Design & Document Tools: Canva, Adobe PDF (editing, combining, optimisation)
  • File Management: OneDrive, Google Drive
  • Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Gmail
  • Operating Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Windows
  • Comfortable using online platforms, cloud systems, and HRD Corp portals.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication—written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
