Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements

  2. Handle letters, emails, calls, and correspondence professionally

  3. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal/external parties

  4. Maintain filing, documentation, and confidential records

  5. Assist with planning, organizing, and monitoring daily tasks

  6. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills (English, BM and Mandarin)

  2. Strong organisational & time-management skills

  3. Good multitasking ability & able to work independently

  4. Polite, well-mannered

  5. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality & trustworthiness

  6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment & handle urgent tasks

  8. Possess own transport
