What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • 2-4 years of experience in consumer marketing or brand activation.
  • Proven success in a similar role (Brand Activation Manager or Project Manager).
  • Basic understanding of shopper/market insights, consumer journey building, and engagement techniques.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Plan & Activate: Support the development and implementation of activation plans that meet brand and customer goals. (including proposal writing/preparation in PPT, presentation and internal brainstorming for creatives ideas on execution)
  • Collaborate: Work closely with operations, trade marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Execute Strategies: Translate brand strategies into actionable go-to-market plans, supporting marketing, business strategy, and channel development teams.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead strategic development through consumer insights and create new ideas to enhance brand activation.
  • In-Store Excellence: Oversee in-store brand activations and ensure KPI and company objectives are met.
  • Insights: Leverage shopper behavior data to develop activities that boost footfall and brand growth.
  • Train & Develop: Conduct product and skills training for promoters and supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent customer experiences.
