  • Job description :

  • Report to Senior Accounts Manager.

  • Assist and process accounting transactions, including AP, AR, Journal, Fixed Assets, control budgets, etc.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and other accounts.
  • Manage overdue accounts and produce and monitor aging reports.
  • Reconcile Sales and identify discrepancies.
  • Monitor E-Invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Participate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle communications with Government Departments, Customers, Suppliers, Bankers and other external parties.
  • Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in Accounting and related duties.
  • Possess good personal attributes in terms of planning, problem solving, time management and interpersonal communications.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and E-mail.
  • Familiar with Autocount software is an added advantage.
