About the role

Rapid Pile Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in our Bandar Sunway, Selangor office. This full-time position is crucial in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports
  • Ensure timely and compliant tax filings and payments
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc financial analysis projects
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small/medium-sized enterprise
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Qualification in accounting or a related field is preferred
