Prepare / furnish information to regulatory authorities, external auditors for annual audit, tax consultants / agents / managers for tax filing and/or any authorised parties.
- Assist in preparation of month end closing, note to accounts & journal entries.
- To perform data input, validation, filing duties, monthly bank reconciliations and carry ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
- Work closely and communicate with other colleagues from other department to resolve any discrepancies in relationship to the book entry, example invoicing, progress payment.
- Responsible for daily accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments.
- Liaise with third party regarding company account such as statutory parties, auditors and tax consultants for annual audit & tax.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Handling a full set of accounts or partial accounts is encouraged to apply.
- Team player, ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word & Excel, experience in SQL accounting systems will be added advantages.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
