**Responsibilities**:
- Assist superior in performing day-to-day accounting functions such as Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and data entry of accounting system.
- Verify monthly outlets’ petty cash and ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly
- Monthly bank and utilities bill reconciliation
- Ensure all accounting record are properly updated and reconcile in system.
- Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issue to ensure the operation run smoothly.
- Ensure organized upkeep of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or HOD
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, utility service providers, and government agencies
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the related field
- Proactive, meticulous, attention to accuracy, ability to multi-task and capable to work independently with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate integrity and sound work ethics
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and ideally have knowledge in AutoCount Accounting Software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
