Junior Account Cum HR Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to perform a range of accounting, human resource, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensure accurate documentation, and assist in both financial and HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Prepare full set of accounts and perform general accounting duties.
- Update General Ledger (GL), cash book, and accounting entries/records accurately.
- Process collections and payments promptly.
- Handle invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR), including reconciliation of statements.
- Assist with audit queries, fact-checks, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Verify and process petty cash claims and staff disbursements.
- Ensure accounting documents are properly organized and up to date.
Human Resources & Administration
- Assist in recruitment processes, payroll preparation, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Calculate general workers' wages and ensure timely payment.
- Handle renewal of tenancy agreements and stamping of relevant documents.
- Liaise with government departments (e.g., JTK, JPJ, and other related authorities).
- Attend meetings with clients and other external parties on behalf of the company.
- Support daily operational and administrative duties, including ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accounting / General Accounting / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and record-keeping principles and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Preferable skills: SQL Accounting System.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and independently with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills.
