We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to support our sales and procurement operations. You'll play a key role in sourcing quality products, managing supplier coordination, and ensuring timely delivery for our projects.


What You'll Do:
  • Source and compare products from local and overseas suppliers based on project and customer requirements.
  • Obtain quotations, product details, and samples for review and approval.
  • Manage sample requests from the sales team and coordinate with suppliers for preparation and delivery.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and arrange deposit or balance payments when required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on sales order status, delivery schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase files.
  • Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the sales and project teams to provide updates and support project needs.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks and other procurement-related activities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
