**Role Description**

The role of a procurement executive is dynamic and challenging, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. By effectively managing the procurement process, these professionals play a crucial role in ensuring that their organization operates smoothly and cost-effectively.

**Job Description: Procurement Executive**
- Demand planning: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand and plan reordering accordingly.
- Work alongside other departments such as inventory and finance to facilitate incoming processes.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure all purchasing records and payment records are consistent.
- Investigate irregularities and put processes in place to avoid mistakes from happening a second time.
- Source, liaise and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- To carry out administration duties such as prepare Purchase Order.
- Lead cost-cutting and supply chain improvement projects, tracking key metrics for procurement.
- Other responsibilities as the management deems necessary.

**Job requirement**
- Must be fluent in English (Mandarin would be an advantage).
- Degree in Business, Supply chain, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year experienced in related field.
- Experienced in documentation handling.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
