**PROCUREMENT JUNIOR EXECUTIVE**

Job description
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for food and beverage supplies and equipment, including sourcing, liaising, and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best price, quality, and service.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of raw materials, food ingredients, packaging, and other operational items needed for restaurant or food production operations.
- Keep accurate and updated records, including price comparison sheets and handle all documentation related to procurement.
- Enquire, obtain quotations, and procure kitchen equipment, food items, or services requested by internal teams or operational personnel.
- Oversee the purchasing requisition process, manage quotation enquiries, and handle the issuance of purchase orders and vendor invoicing.
- Communicate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other personnel to ensure material quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with halal regulations and company standards.
- Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and stock accuracy.
- Perform additional duties as required by the superior.

Job requirement
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing / Business Administration or suitably recognized field that is applicable
- Well verse with the use of Microsoft Excel, Words etc.
- Strong analytical abilities and organization skills, interpersonal skills, and strong team spirit.
- Prompt arrival and regular attendance.
- Willing to learn, understand and adhere to procedures
- Work is expected to perform in a fast-paced, diverse environment under mínimal supervision.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Have driving license.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
