Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate, monitor, and manage project progress from start to completion.

  2. Prepare project progress reports and project documentation.

  3. Ensure site activities comply with specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

  4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant parties.

  5. Resolve technical issues on-site proactively.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.

  2. Experience in project supervision is an added advantage.

  3. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

  4. Possess a valid driving license and able to attend site when required.

Technical Skills:

  1. Microsoft Word (documentation, report writing)

  2. Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot table, data analysis, dashboards)

  3. Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation & proposal)

  4. Microsoft Project (project scheduling, Gantt chart, resource planning)

Tools Pengurusan Projek:

  1. AutoCAD (as-built drawing review)

  2. Kemahiran Tambahan (Value-Added Skills)

  3. Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001)

  4. Safety knowledge (Permit to Work, JSA, Toolbox Meeting)

  5. Report writing & documentation discipline

6 Basic financial understanding (BOQ, cost breakdown)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
