We are looking for a responsible, experienced Online Quality Control to ensure all food products meat quality and safety standards. The role involves conducting tests, inspecting products and monitoring processes to ensure all food items produce safely and high quality.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to safety, regulatory requirements, standards (Halal, ISO, FSSC) and company policy.
  • Inspecting output sample using appropriate method such as comparing to standard, measuring dimension and examining functionality.
  • Ensure Production line adheres to standard and procedure and comply to legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all product meets company standards, company specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping laboratory equipment from operating accurately by following calibration requirement and monitor the use of equipment to ensure its safe and report any do not meet requirements.
  • Participate in analysis non-conformance intermediate products, finished products, complain products, packaging integrity through reviewing specification to compare good products.
  • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing reworks and waste by inputting data into quality database.
  • Report, discuss and recommend action to supervisor on any deviation.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • At least a STPM/SKM/Diploma graduate in Food/Science related studies or SPM with min. 1 year of working experience in QA/R&D laboratory preferably in F&B/FMCG sector
  • Computer literate, know-how in using of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail, organized and proactive
  • Willing to learn attitude with positive mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
