Role:
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is a crucial role that will enable us to deliver high-performing advertising campaigns while mentoring and guiding junior team members. Specifically, this entails:
- Managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Providing performance insights and optimization strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
- Supporting and training team members to uphold best practices in ad operations.
This role demands mastery in digital advertising, campaign optimization, client relationship management, and team training. To be successful, you must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:
External:
- Manage client campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding performance, pacing, and optimization strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Internal:
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across relevant channels.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise to improve team performance.
- Review reports from Ad Operations Specialists and Analysts to ensure quality and insightfulness.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to support company and client objectives.
- Monitor budget pacing, escalate challenges, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising to drive success.
