Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented
Junior Python Developer
to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, a passion for learning, and the ability to contribute to building and maintaining scalable applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical skills while working on real‑world projects under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python applications
    : Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting
    : Identify and resolve software defects.
  • Collaborate with senior developers
    : Support in designing and implementing new features.
  • Work with databases
    : Perform queries, updates, and integrations (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Participate in code reviews
    : Learn best practices and improve coding standards.
  • Test and document software
    : Ensure reliability and maintainability of applications.
  • Stay updated with Python libraries
    : Explore frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
    or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Python
    with knowledge of object‑oriented programming.
  • Basic understanding of web frameworks
    (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with databases
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of version control systems
    (Git/GitHub).
  • Understanding of REST APIs
    and JSON data handling.
  • Problem‑solving mindset
    with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
    and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with front‑end basics
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks
    (PyTest, UnitTest).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
