We are seeking candidates who are proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English. Job Details:


• Working location: Menara AIA Sentral (nearby Pavilion KL, accessible by Public Transport)


• Working hours:Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm | Saturday, 9am – 1pm (half day)


• Salary Package: Basic + allowance based on interview performance, qualification, and experience


• Inclusive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ANNUAL LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVE

Requirements:


• Diploma and above (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)


• Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and English


• Strong attention to details and data accuracy


• Experience in operations is an advantage (higher basic salary offered)


• Willing to work overtime when required (OT allowance provided)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handled daily operations, checked data and documents, ensuring all transactions were completed accurately and on time
  • Solved transaction issues by finding the cause and fixing problems quickly to avoid delays
  • Handled inquiries and built good relationship with authorities and stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to achieve project goals efficiently
