Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from StarHub mobile customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding mobile plans, billing, data usage, and network-related queries.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting SIM card, connectivity, or mobile service issues.
  • Process requests such as plan upgrades, number porting, and account updates.
  • Record all interactions in the customer management system accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
  • Meet performance KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer feedback.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
