Access Controller

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and mail related to access card requests and issues.
  • Verify, input, and maintain all badge/access card information.
  • Coordinate with tenants, employees, contractors, etc., to facilitate access to secure or restricted areas.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior or management.
  • Set permissions and privileges for access, subject to approval by the General Manager.

Access Card / System Duties

  • Responsible for managing access card systems (including Lift & RFID access cards).
  • Issue cards to requestors, process replacements or cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of access card stock and inventory.
  • Work with vendors to address system errors or lift access issues.

Training & Support

  • Provide training to users on how to use access cards.
  • Instruct on the operation of lift keypad panels.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management or direct supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
