Production Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely and with high quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of production processes in food and beverages


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily refinery and production activities to meet production schedules, efficiency targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor the performance of production line workers, including local and foreign employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and support local and foreign workers in areas such as work allocation, discipline, attendance and welfare to ensure smooth workforce integration and productivity.
  • Allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently to maximize production output.
  • Monitor process parameters, ensure proper operation of refining equipment (such as bleaching, deodorization, and filtration units) and promptly address any process deviations.
  • Prepare, review and submit accurate and timely production reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, orderliness and compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Perform line inspections and ensure full compliance with HACCP, ISO and other relevant food safety standards.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Maintenance and Warehouse departments to resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead, train and motivate production staff to promote high morale, teamwork and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a production or food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts or extended hours when needed.
  • Willing to work and be stationed at Telok Panglima Garang.
