Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
  • Ensure production processes run smoothly and meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Prepare and update production reports, documentation, and related records.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance) to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations on the production floor.
  • Support supervisors and managers in managing manpower and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
