Test Automation Specialist
to strengthen quality assurance across its products and platforms.

In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end automated testing frameworks to support agile delivery, accelerate development cycles, and ensure top-tier product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage
    test plans and test summaries
    for all testing phases.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to capture requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Implement test automation across
    functional, regression, performance, and API testing
    for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
  • Execute test suites, analyze results, document defects, and coordinate resolutions with the development team.
  • Integrate automated tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    for rapid, reliable releases.
  • Maintain automation frameworks, test data, environments, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot test failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely fixes.
  • Actively contribute in
    code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
    to drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation and QA.
  • Operate effectively both independently and in team-oriented, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in
    Java
    , with expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as
    Appium
    ,
    Selenium
    or,
    Katalon
    , for API testing; and
    JMeter/Blazemeter
    for performance testing.
  • Knowledge of
    BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
    and test data management tools.
  • Familiar with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
