HR Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, from posting job ads to screening candidates.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Learn the ropes of HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and training.
- Work closely with our HR team on exciting projects and gain insights into talent management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the human resources department.
Retail Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist in updating and tracking purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Perform data entry and help organize data for sales reports and retail operations.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Final year of Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, follow-up with sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
Internship allowance: RM500.00 per month (Diploma students), RM Degree students)
