Employment Type: Internship (3–6 months)
IGT Solutions is pleased to offer internship opportunities within two departments. Candidates may apply for either role based on their academic background and career interests.
1. Human Resources Intern (HR Department)
Role Overview
The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the HR team in daily operational activities. This position offers practical exposure to HR processes, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with HR administrative duties and document management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in coordinating HR events and employee engagement activities
- Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner
- Provide general assistance to the HR team as required
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Willingness to learn and support various HR functions
2. Talent Acquisition Intern (Talent Acquisition Department)
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the TA team with recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives, particularly through social media platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing candidates and conducting initial screening
- Support interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers
- Assist in managing job postings and updating candidate tracking systems
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the creation of employer branding content for platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook
- Assist in drafting captions, simple visuals, and recruitment-related materials
- Participate in organising recruitment, engagement, and branding initiatives
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and social media branding
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) will be an added advantage
