Production Executive

Responsibility

  • Monitor the production processes to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within cost budget
  • To ensure all aspect of production or processes meet to the specific requirements
  • To ensure productivity improvement through process changes, documents, specifications and work instructions
  • Create, modify and manage production schedules and understand the production line processes to ensure the productivities in time schedules
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels including raw materials purchased and finished good produced by production
  • Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimise delays in production
  • Coordinating production operations in accordance with material and equipment availability
  • To ensure health and safety measures are in place and managed as per statutory requirements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma/ Degree in Manufacturing or any related field of study
  • At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing company or similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multi-task and problem-solving skills
