RESPONSIBILITY

  • Handling coordination for all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Responsible for management and day to day operations
  • Process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)
  • Liaise with customers, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
  • Answer shipping related enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Attend Custom matters
  • Update and provide trucking information to customer as well as to Management
  • Work on service level improvements
  • To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), computer literate, positive and able to work independently under minimum supervision and good attitude.
  • International appearance & pleasant personality.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam
  • Good knowledge in sea freight and airfreight shipment and consolidation
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
