Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Putrajaya. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in team supervision, and ensure seamless workflow within the store. Responsibilities also include supporting sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and upholding service excellence. The role will contribute to achieving performance targets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Sales strategy, performance tracking, and KPI management experience
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry or luxury retail is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience Required : A minimum of 4-5 years in a similar position or field.

Salary : Up to RM 5,300*. Salary commensurate with skills and experience. Commission on sales and yearly bonus.
