Veterinary Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Performance & Teamwork – Achieve company KPIs and Scoreboard targets through teamwork and independent work.
2. Client Service – Provide excellent customer service and pet care support. Handle calls, appointments, check-ins, and client flow efficiently.
3. Communication – Manage client interactions with empathy and professionalism; escalate medical inquiries to veterinarians.
4. Medication & Products – Dispense medicines and prescription diets accurately, with veterinarian approval.
5. Inventory Management – Order, receive, and manage stock; ensure proper storage, FIFO usage, and expiry checks.
6. Equipment & Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and clinic facilities; coordinate repairs when needed.
7. Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and waste disposal regulations.
8. Veterinary Admin – Update patient records, track lab results, handle payments, and maintain confidentiality.
9. Pet Care Support – Assist with pet handling, grooming, and boarding coordination as required.
10. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, forms, and reports.
11. Sales & Marketing – Support sales of veterinary products and promotions to enhance clinic performance.
12. Other Duties – Perform additional tasks or overtime when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Animal Health and Production
• Certificate in Veterinary Nursing
• STPM holders may be considered
• Experience working with animal is beneficial
• Effective communication skills
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and documents
• Good communication skills
• Love, patience and compassion for animals
• Ability to handle and interact with animals
• Organizational skills
• Manual dexterity
• Able to work at Johor Bahru area (Owns Transport)
