Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner. Offer knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Sales Support: Assist in meeting store sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and active participation in promotional campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, especially new arrivals and best-sellers, to effectively educate customers.
- Store Maintenance: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are tidy.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to meet store goals. Participate in briefings or training sessions when required.
- Customer Feedback: Help address customer concerns or feedback and escalate any issues to the store manager when needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, or natural lifestyle products.
- Available to work 2–3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
