We're looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Store Assistant to support daily operations. You'll help customers, process sales, manage merchandise, and keep the store tidy.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Answer product inquiries and help locate items
  • Handle complaints professionally

Sales Support

  • Process transactions via POS system
  • Stay updated on promotions
  • Upsell/cross-sell products
  • Assist with printing product designs

Merchandising & Store Maintenance

  • Maintain clean, organized displays
  • Restock shelves and assist with inventory
  • Set up promotional signage
  • Help with deliveries and general cleaning

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with team to meet sales goals
  • Support team during busy hours

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bahasa required
